Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Angel Oil Co. purchase.

Returns
We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For product safety and hygiene, opened or used oils cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may request photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Angel Oil Co. or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged due to our error.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

How to request a return
Contact Angel Oil Co. through our official Contact page before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Angel Oil Co. reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
